Acceptance of terms

By using Tavo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Tavo is

Tavo is a task management app that lets you create, organise and track tasks and lists. Tavo is a paid app: a subscription is required to use it, and it includes every feature. There is no free tier and no separate add-on to buy.

Subscriptions and billing

Tavo is offered as a monthly subscription or an annual subscription. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy, and on the App Store listing.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Your content

You own the tasks and lists you create in Tavo. We don't claim ownership of them, and we never see them — there is no server for them to reach.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tavo for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.

Ending it

You may stop using Tavo and delete everything from inside the app at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

Tavo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavo and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
